Biography:
Coach Fitzgerald is in charge of both tennis programs at Cardinal O'Hara. O'Hara's girls tennis program is one of the best tennis programs that Delaware County has to offer. Thanks in large part to Coach Fitzgerald, the Lady Lions have established themselves as a powerhouse in the Catholic League. O'Hara's girls tennis team is coming off a 2023 fall season in which an undefeated regular season led them all the way to a PCL title. The boys were 4-3 in PCL play during the spring of 2024, finishing within the top half of the league. Fitzgerald has done a tremendous job teaching and developing many individuals while at O'Hara. There is a winning culture within Fitzgerald's program that always brings the best out of her athletes. The best is yet to come for both programs as Fitzgerald and the Lions march forward.
