2026 Golf Team Information

COHS students wishing to tryout for golf in the fall of 2026 must have a PIAA physical completed and uploaded to Family ID before August 1. The PIAA physical must be dated after May 1, 2026. More information on Family ID and PIAA paperwork can be found here.Tryouts will be structured by the following format:One 18-hole round on the first day of tryouts. The top 24 players after the first day will qualify to play an 18-hole round on the second day. Scores will be counted as four 9-hole scores. Golfers must walk and carry their bag, no carts or pull carts. Scoring will serve as the primary factor in determining team status.In addition to tryout scores, coaches will also evaluate players’ etiquette, integrity, understanding of game rules, and sportsmanship during tryouts. General Information on Physicals and Family ID:All athletes must have physicals in order to participate. Physicals must be resubmitted to Family ID every season.Physicals must be signed and dated by a physician after 5/1/25 for the ‘25-’26 school year.PIAA's required physical, along with our school's Family ID link can be found under the Physicals and Family ID tab.
