Athletic Training Room Location and Information:

Cardinal O'Hara's athletic training room is located in the cafeteria next to the weight room. O'Hara's training room provides three full-size treatment tables, two taping stations, a cold therapy unit, and physical therapy/strength training equipment. Additional modalities include eletrical stimulaiton and ultrasound. The training room opens at 2:30PM after the conclusion of school, with closing times depending on practice/event schedules. For pre-game and post-game treatment, please see the athletic training staff for availability.
