Biography:
Coach Armstrong will be entering her third season in charge of the Lions in 2025. Prior to O'Hara, Armstrong has a long and impressive record of coaching at numerous different schools and colleges in PA. Armstrong began her coaching journey at Swarthmore College, then traveling to other high schools within Pennsylvania including Wilson and Daniel Boone. Throughout her time as a coach, she has helped develop numerous girls into high level collegiate players. During her first two years at O'Hara, she has built a program that is always one of the best within the Catholic League. Coach Armstrong enjoys coaching because of the enjoyment she gets from being around the girls and watching them develop over their four years at O'Hara. Since coming to O'Hara, Armstrong has tried to instill a culture that encourages her players to take pride in being a Lion both on and off the field. Off the field, Armstrong is a mother of two and a Shippensburg Alum. Armstrong and her family try to be extremely active within the community. Expectations are high for Armstrong and her Lions as they look to build off the success from recent years.
