Jen Armstrong
Head Coach
Girls Varsity Lacrosse
Cardinal O’Hara High School is pleased to announce that Jen Armstrong has been named as Varsity Girls’ Lacrosse Head Coach. Armstrong played collegiate lacrosse at Shippensburg University where she was a three-year starter. She was the Head Coach at Daniel Boone High School from 2013- 2016 and coached at Swarthmore College. Most recently, she has been an assistant coach at Wilson-West Lawn High School the past five seasons. “I am excited to have Jen Armstrong join the Girls’ Lacrosse program. She will continue to build a top program in the Philadelphia Catholic League and in the PIAA " reflected O’Hara Athletic Director BJ Hogan.
