Refer to the Physicals and Family ID tab for complete information about physicals for the 2025-2026 school year. General info will be listed below.
General Information on Physicals and Family ID:
- All athletes must have physicals in order to participate.
- Physicals must be resubmitted to Family ID every season.
- Physicals must be signed and dated by a physician after 5/1/25 for the ‘25-’26 school year.
- PIAA's required physical, along with our school's Family ID link can be found under the Physicals and Family ID tab.
